It's been far too long since we have blogged, but we are back. This was our trip to Rothenburg, Germany. We had our Christmas over there with the Eltons, in November. It was cold, but not snowy. We took a day and went to Rothenburg, a village still thriving in the walls of the castle. Wow They sure know how to do up Christmas. I found a few treasures. This was the hotel that we got to stay in. Man it was like stepping back in time. This was the entry. Cool!

We saw these pastries every where, but did not try any of them. I think we thought that they looked to much like art. 
One of these trips we take to Germany we will have to try and actually do some more sight seeing!

Also, the cool thing about dad in the meat pic is that he's wearing his authentic Australian hat he bought at the Kaiserslautern market!!!
That hotel is so cute. The pastries look good too.
